About Natural Stones, Silver, Wireworking, & Made-to-Order Designs

Because natural stones are used in many of my jewelry designs, every bead will not be identical in clarity, size, or shape. Sterling silver, Argentium® Silver, and fine silver do tarnish. I use Sunshine® Polishing Cloths to clean silver, gold fill, and copper. Wireworked jewelry pieces are hand-formed by me; therefore, these jewelry designs may not have a perfectly uniform look and no two will ever be exactly the same.

Every effort is made to give an accurate depiction of color and all sizes noted are as close to the actual size as possible; based on your computer's settings, colors may vary and no jewelry piece is shown actual size.

Many of my designs are made-to-order, therefore, they may take up to 10 days to complete. You will receive an e-mail confirming the details of your order and the date by which it will be ready for shipment.

Ordering & Payment

My jewelry is available for purchase through Etsy. If you do not wish to order through Etsy, please contact me directly with the pieces you are interested in purchasing and I will e-mail you an invoice.

Payments can be made via PayPal, money order, personal check, or credit card over the phone. Instructions will be provided at time of invoicing.

Shipping, Handling, & Sales Tax

All items are shipped with a gift box via USPS Priority Mail within 3 business days of your payment clearing (except for made-to-order designs as noted above). Shipping costs are currently $4.95, unless otherwise noted. If you need an item sooner or wish to purchase optional shipping insurance, please indicate so when placing your order and an adjusted invoice will be sent. For items shipped within New York State, sales tax is applied to the entire order.

If you live within the Buffalo, New York area, you can always request to pick up your order. At this time Pamela Grace only ships within the United States and Canada.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of shipment for a merchandise credit that must be used within one year. In order for a return to be honored, please contact me to receive a Return Authorization. Jewelry returns must be received postage paid, in original condition, and with a Return Authorization for a merchandise credit to be honored.

Any defective jewelry piece will be replaced or credited without shipping or handling charges. If your jewelry was damaged during shipping and you purchased optional shipping insurance, please contact me within three (3) days of receipt so that arrangements can be made to promptly repair your jewelry piece and file a claim with the USPS.

Pamela Grace will never sell, trade, or share your information. Your name, address, email, and other personal information is confidential and kept only for the purpose of processing your order.
